I developed The Cosmic Body, a 45-minute multimedia installation composed of video, poetry, performance art, ritual, and physical objects in a University of Chicago Performance Lab residency in Summer 2016. A dance/poetry collaboration with the fabulous Jacinda Ratcliffe, in which she choreographed a piece for four dancers to my poems "Ways I Want to Be Kissed" and "Ways I Want to Be Kissed Part II," written three and a half years apart from each other. The dancers are Jenny Halpern, Iris Hsu, Sam Riese, and Marisa Shimano.
My autobiographical play has been described by several as "a religious experience."
